For any services you book with us for your first time, we will always meet you and your pet(s) beforehand.
Steps to get you set up…
Before we can confirm a booking , we need to organise a quick assessment to make sure we cover your needs, answer your question and we have the possibility to look after you pet(s) during the times required.
- Drop us an email: mail@woodland-walkies.co.uk – Please provide us with your name, pets details (age, breed, temperament), your needs (service and days), and a phone number so we can contact you.
- First call: we will call you to discuss your requirements, answers some questions and explain our processes.
- Meeting you and getting to know your dog: this encourages them to feel safe. We will discuss your home home security and access. More questions and concerns can be asked and answered during the meeting. You may have more questions after the visit – contact us via email.
- Registration portal process. During the meeting we will explain how our system works. When you register for the first time, we receive a notification. we can provide you with a guide on how to use our portal, booking services… (please request it during the meeting)
